With over 25 years of experience as a licensed clinician, social worker, consultant, and trainer, Joy has worked throughout the US, Canada, and Europe within mental health, children and family services, and healthcare.  Joy is an avid open water swimmer and has competed in major swim events such as The Golden Gate Bridge to Bay Bridge swim & The Alcatraz Swim, is an assistant Swim Coach at Brenau University, and a former international rugby player and coach.

Dr. Ashraf Mady is an associate professor in the Computer Science and Information Systems Department at the University of North Georgia.  Dr. Mady has over 25 years of professional experience in academia, management, and software engineering. Dr. Mady served as the head of the Computer Science and Information Systems Department in the Mike Cottrell College of Business at the University of North Georgia from 2017-2021. He was awarded several grants to support his projects in Cybersecurity, blockchain, technology adoption, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Hannah Killingsworth

Hannah Killingsworth graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Georgia in 2021. With a passion for non-profit organizations, she extends as much of her time and effort as possible to help communities grow. While exploring different career paths, states, and countries, she hopes to gain a vast array of interpersonal and cultural knowledge in order to help all communities thrive.

Dr. Joshua Mugele is a provider with Georgia Emergency Department Services who specializes in Emergency Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Mugele is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Julie Tate

Julie Tate is a licensed master social worker (LMSW) who has over 20 years of experience in social work and related fields. She earned her Master's degree at The University of Alabama and undergraduate degree at Georgia State University. Julie is a native Georgian and has lived in Hall County most of her life. Currently, she is a medical social worker at a local hospital. She is also a part-time therapist at Thrive Gainesville where she facilitates a woman's support group. In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, drinking coffee, and spoiling her dog.

Stephanie Woodard

Ms. Stephanie D. Woodard is the Solicitor-General of Hall County. A double Panther,
Stephanie graduated with honors from the Georgia State University and GSU College of law. Ms. Woodard prosecuted in 5 different jurisdictions, currently including the Hall County Solicitor’s Office. Ms. Woodard believes that part of her responsibility as an elected prosecutor and a committed citizen of our North Georgia community is to meaningfully participate in the grassroots level work of keeping our community healthy, safe, and thriving.

Cathy Odom

Cath Odom graduated from Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Her career in public service began as a call-taker for 911. She is currently the Domestic Violence Oversight Officer for Hall County Probation Services and has been a probation officer since 2017. Ms. Odom is an advocate for the LGBT community and supports safe spaces for all. In her current position, she places an emphasis on supporting individual growth via treatment, education, and accountabililty. Her goal is to help cultivate a better tomorrow for Hall County.
