About the event
We have two inspriational and talented facilitators joining us from Chicago and Los Angeles. Â Having fun while learning about the Zodiac in order to deepen our understanding of ourselves and what we have to offer each other. Â Using Kai Chi Do, a moving meditation & practice we will learn methods to enhance our self compassion and self worth.Â
